Hi, I’m Lori Tapparo, my husband Kenny and I have 4 beautiful children. I have attended Journey Church for over 19 years.
I’m honored to be called as the Associate Pastor. I truly feel a calling to come alongside Pastor Dusty, the Leadership, and the Board to make Journey Church a place of worship, a place to study the Word of God and to further the Kingdom of God by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ in our community.

At Journey Kids we try our best to make our kids feel welcome and a part of the group. They love to draw and show off their creativity while we learn about the bible and how to use it in our everyday lives.

I married the love of my life, Carrie Lee, in 1984. We have five great kids and eight amazing grandkids. We have a strong faith in Jesus Christ and we do our best to live for Him. I believe the Bible is the inspired word of God and is the secret to true success and unlocking life's greatest mysteries.
I have a passion for living life to its fullest and I love animals and a country lifestyle. I love riding horses in the mountains and I never get tired of enjoying God's magnificent creation. I am a retired Air Force Officer/Pilot and I’m currently a Pilot/Instructor for United Airlines.
I am very thankful for what God has done in my life and in my family. I highly recommend a personal relationship with your Creator. He loves you and wants to reveal Himself to you
